Monash University Low FODMAP smartphone app This app is essential when embarking on the low FODMAP app and useful at any stage of the low FODMAP diet journey- Elimination, Reintroduction, and Personalization. This app provides a quick reference of hundreds of foods and categorizes them as either high, moderate, or low FODMAP using a red, yellow, and green color coding system. You will also find information on specific portions sizes to help keep portions at a safe threshold or higher when challenging FODMAP groups.

A Little Bit Yummy is an amazing resource for Low FODMAP recipes, articles, and the Low FODMAP Club (which includes e-courses, meal plans, and extra support when moving through the Low FODMAP diet). You will find some my contributing articles on this website.
Spoonful App - download this free app on your Apple or Android so you can scan any food with a UPC code to determine if it is high, moderate, or low FODMAP. Both myself and another FODMAP trained RD helped with content development for this useful app.
